Medical Care
Primary care services at River Valley Health & Dental are supported by the integration of resources aimed at the whole person. These resources include Care Management, Community Outreach, Social Services, Pharmacy, and Dental Navigator.
We believe that patient-centered care is best provided when a partnership is created between patients, their support system, and our primary care team to ensure that everyone is supported in making informed decisions and is actively involved in healthcare. Our clinicians and staff emphasize evidence-based care and focus on quality improvement to achieve that goal.
Reproductive Health
River Valley Health & Dental offers reproductive health services for men and women of all ages, without discrimination.
Some of the services we offer include well-woman preventative exams, breast cancer and cervical cancer screening, HPV vaccines, contraception counseling, prescriptions and concerns, emergency contraception, acute or chronic gynecologic problems, pregnancy testing and options counseling, preconception health services, referral for comprehensive obstetric or gynecologic care and women’s health education.
Dental
We are committed to providing preventive and restorative dental care to patients in our community. We currently offer dental exams, sealants, dental X-rays, dental cleaning for infants, children, and adults, extractions, and restorative dentistry.
Chiropractic Care
River Valley Health & Dental offers chiropractic services for adolescent and adult patients to assist in the management of various health conditions.
Express Care Walk-in Service
River Valley Express Care
River Valley Health & Dental offers a walk-in service to expand medical access in our community and to prevent unnecessary utilization of emergency room services. No appointment is necessary.
Pharmacy
Our patients can enjoy great service and convenience when they transfer their prescriptions to our on-site pharmacy.
